Get IP address from windows/linux server

Hello,

some of our server have more than one ip address / two or four network cards.
Is it possible to get the current ip addresses from the network adapters (windows and linux)?
I looked to the net.if command but i can not find anything. Maybe this can not be done native through zabbix agent?

But what is the key to get the ip address of the adapter?
I can not see a check to get the current ip address.
Windows/Linux Templete has a net.if discovery rule for net.if.in and net.if.out already.
