SNMP v3 auth/priv protocols as macros

    Hello,

I have switchs which can use MD5 and others that use SHA as SNMP v3 auth protocol. Some can use AES as priv protocol and other can use DES.
Theirs templates inherit from Template Module Generic SNMPv3 and Template Net Network Generic Device SNMPv3 (that I make from SNMPv2 stock templates).

How can I use macros in the host interface to define which auth/priv protocols I want to use for each device for the items and rules of the generic templates?

    Thank you.

It is opened RFE to implement such things over host interface definition so it will be not done over macros.
However it is not known when this RFE will be implemented (more zabbix customers with paid support is needed to press on implement this)
