I need dynamicly rebuild Services trees.
I have static sceletion and need refresh child items with triggers
Every time I need scan childs and update they
I need get items by name and update they if exists or create new if they not exists
Is this a possible using API Calls?

I need read existed nodes and update leafs. Is this a possible?
