Sound alerts in Zabbix 4.0.0 (or lack of)

We've recently installed a 4.0.0 version of Zabbix and I'm not getting any audio alerts from the browser. Our 2.4.3 version is working fine but 4.0.0 I don't have any tab to configure audio. The documentation says to go into user config and messaging, but I've only got user/media/permissions in the config.

Have I missed something?

Please click the icon in the shape of the person in the upper right.
You can change the setting on the Messaging tab.
