Add An Access Point To Zabbix

I want to monitor a network accessibility of Cisco access points via SNMP. Just this. But somehow I am unable to manage it. These APs are part of Cisco Wireless LAN Controller.

Can you please help me with this?

We have a 2 sets of 2 5500 Series Cisco WLAN controllers and have used the bellow template.

I use this template too.
What I need is to check all APs (simple ping) and if the ping is too high or Zabbix cannot ping them, I want Zabbix to send me an email. How to achieve this?
