Disk space monitoring alerts

We are running Zabbix version 4.0. We monitor a large number of Windows and Linux servers. On our Windows servers we have a discovery rule setup to monitor all drives at 10% This is working well. If the drive drops below 10% it sends out the alert.

What we would like to see is: total space available on the alert and space left. Currently it only gives the drive letter and that it has dropped below 10%. Is it possible to add these to the email?

Thats useful thanks. Is it possible to define a custom alert for just disk space alerts? Currently I am using a standard alert for all alerts. I would like to create custom one and add in the drive free value.
