Hello!

1) In frontend open Monitoring -> Graphs --> Zabbix server --> Zabbix data gathering process busy graph and check if some processes have high values
2) Check StartPingers parameter in your zabbix_server.conf file.
3) Increase StartPingers (if the problem is there) and restart zabbix_server
4) Check graphs and queue for improvements
