Hi Folks,
we have the following problem with the daylight saving time:
On March, 30th, the clocks were set from 2.00am to 3.00am due to DST.
In some of our triggers we have dependencies to check the values 7/14/21 days before.
It is correct that the days will be converted to UNIX-s and then calculated to the given date?
That means: Let's say we have April, 11th, 9.00am --> 1397199600 (UNIX-time) and will go 14days back to history:
1397199600 - 1209600 = 1395990000
But here is the problem. UNIX doesn't know DST and so 1395990000 is not March, 28th, 9.00am , but March, 28th, 8.00am
Have anyone the same problem and how did you deal with that?
Regards,
Smie
