Installation in Ubuntu Server Help

Hi all, good day, hope all is well, I'm installing the zabbix server version 4.0 LTS in Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic) using MySQL db

I'm in the step B Install Zabbix Server, front end, agent

however I'm having an error below

NOTE: I've already tried the apt-get update and apt-get update --fix-missing

Hi,
This is not related to zabbix at all. Your server can not reach the ubuntu package repository to install anything.
Check your internet connection to begin with.
