i have some issue with windows based template,
i have disabled the service and added a comment, but the issue does not go away, what did i miss?

If the service is picked up in the windows monitoring template then the item and trigger will be set to not delete for 30 days.
If you wish to remove the alert you can delete the item from the host. -
but if the issue is fixed ( i disabled the service) why it does not removed automatically?Comment

The fact that it is not automatically deleted is because it is set to 'startup type automatic' in Windows setting.
In the template being used, it seems that the conditional expression that 'startup type automatic' service has been activated must be set.
If it is a service that does not matter even if it is not running, it is possible to disable the trigger or exclude it when acquiring services with LLD.
