ehm, why do you use 2instances?? what is you goal?

for 2 zabbix frontend you must configure you webserver with 2different locations of the php-files (/var/www/zabbix and /var/www/zabbix2)

    Sorry for my bad english

after going through the question 3-4 times, i think i know what this guy wants
2 independent zabbix servers with 2 databases on 1 single server.
theoretically it is probably possible, but make sure each zabbix server is listening on a different port.

and then you need to create 2 php frontends, each with a different zabbix.conf.php configuration file.

one more option - create two virtual machine for zabbix: one VM= one server
          Sincerely yours,
          Aleksey

i run two zabbix server by different port numbers
i created 2 virtualhost of apache one for default 80 and the second for 443 port
i created second file of zabbix2.conf.php with appropriate configuration but
the real problem is how to link the zabbix2.conf.php with the second frontend ?

you need to have 2 directories
for example if your apache documentroot is /var/www/html,
              create 2 directories:
              /var/www/html/zabbix1
              /var/www/html/zabbix2

and copy all the frontent/php files to both directories. only different file will be zabbix.config.php

              then browser:

                The Problem is resolved
