Windows event log monitoring

hi all,
after 2 days of trying , googling , testing different templates , but without success im writing here..

I need to monitor Windows event log for Error and Warning .

Can someone share working template with me ? and settings for windows zabbix agent.

OS is not EN (DE).

Help will be appreciated.
