Temprature status

I wanna take status of tempature.This value is Normal(1). I can take oid but this oid take just 1 .I wanna take full data. How ı take.

and from where you get the Normal(1) ?
in zabbix you can use valuemapping for this

I take oid from MIBBrowser but its give just inside the brackets.
