I have an issue with the alerting for hosts with a reduced SLA.
Here is my situation:
Some hosts have a SLA silver with a non 7/24 service; 1-5,06:00-22:00 + 6-7,08:00-22:00.
My problem is to delay the event creation when a problem state popped up in the night. I need an alerting at 06:00 (at workind days) for all problem states are popped up in the night and still exists.
I found some possibilities but nothing is satisfying.
1. Control it with the users media. The events from the night are missing.
2. Control it with the actions / time period. The events from the night are missing.
3. Control it with the time period in the item level. The events from the night are created at 06:00 but the history of the item is for the trash.
4. Create a maintenance window without data collection. The events from the night are created at 06:00 but the history of the item is for the trash.
Do you have another methode to delay a event creation?
Thanks and Regards
