How To Send OK Message

I am trying to solve a little issue. If the trigger is in "PROBLEM" state, I get a notification. I also need to get a notification if the problem changes to "OK". Just a message that everything is OK again.

How do I achieve this?

What's kind of notication ?
I believe you have created an action -> Trigger

With Operation" you create action/notication when the trigger is in problem
With Recovery Operation : you can create you notification when the problem change to OK
