Add ACTION LINK to Host

Hi,
in nagios was possible to add action link to host.
For example: I got in monitoring with SNMP some device. This device has WEB Interface for administration. It is possible hyperlink to that host ? In nagios it was possible and it was caled action link.

In the host level view, there is no Out of the Box option to do that.

If you decide to navigate to device configuration from problems view page then you must add:

http://{HOST.IP}

To every trigger in the template:
