Simple Monitoring

Good morning, I have a server Zabbix running I want to do a simple monitor I can ping my Zabbix on the IP I want to monitor, but when I create a host in Zabbix with this IP and I assign the simple monitoring template presents unreachable host, someone knows the Reason? Or how to troubleshoot?

Do you have a firewall enabled on the server you are connecting to? From your zabbix box, telnet to server ip port 10050 and port 10051. Do the same from your server to the zabbix box.
