i've a weird problem with zabbix agents rights or just receiving information from these agents. I'm trying to monitor number of processes on two similar servers (they vary in IP addresses) . The weird thing is that from one machine i'm receiving info about all process running on that machine, from the second machine i'm receiving info only about processes started by user 'zabbix'.
There are no differences in version of zabbix agents (now both are 2.0.11, but in fact on the machine with problem there was 1.8.2 agent earlier), no differences in config files of agents, no differences on rights granted to zabbix agent in system. I'm using zabbix server v2.2.1, zabbix get v.2.2.3 and every of these machines is running on Centos.
Any idea what I can ask (don't have access to monitored servers) to be checked to solve this problem?
