I need to check something only once per every 3 days or so, specifically non-critical APT updates on Debian in periods longer than 1d and cannot set it up.
https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...stom_intervals says:
"Scheduling intervals
Scheduling intervals are used to check items at specific times. While flexible intervals are designed to redefine the default item update interval, the scheduling intervals are used to specify an independent checking schedule, which is executed in parallel."
Do I get it correct that I can schedule checks on say Monday and Thusday, but the maximum check is 1d anyway?
I really do not need to be notified every day about some trivial package update somewhere. I'd like to check this less frequently than every day. Otherwise I'm flooded with notifications and have to do an update every time I'm notified.
