    Eventlog alert not working

    Running Zabbix 2.4

I have been unable to properly configure an email alert when a Windows event occurs and need help. I really need help.

I created an item as such:

eventlog[System,,"Warning",,1340,,] here is the picture: https://i.imgur.com/7KHUmNv.jpg

I then created a trigger from that item as such:

{net-dhcp-d02.main.sjcd.edu:eventlog[System,,"Warning",,1340,,].logeventid()}=0 here is the picture: https://i.imgur.com/QaTUayl.jpg

I then configured an Action to email me when this Event happens. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

This System Eventlog happens like every 30 seconds so I know the event is occurring. The Server the agent is trying to read the Eventlog from is a Windows Server 2016.

    Here is my config file:

    # This is a config file for the Zabbix agent daemon (Windows)
    # To get more information about Zabbix, go to http://www.zabbix.com

Are you getting any history for this item? Try removing the "Warning" option.

Host, latest data, is there any data collected? If not, the problem is in the item, if there is, then the problem is in the trigger or beyond. If no data, check the zabbix agent log on the windows system.

                NO data is being collected.

The log doesn't give any helpful information.
