    Problem with snmpwalk "iso.3.6.xxx ...."

    Hello everyone,

This is my problem. I installed ubuntu on my Zabbix server and want to get information such as the network on my windows agent flows.

To do so I followed the following tutorial: http://wiki.monitoring-fr.org/zabbix/zabbix-snmp-host

The concern is that when I do my snmpwalk, I recovered well MIBs, but all the information reported are like "iso.3.6.xxx ....", and none of the IF-MIB :: ifInOctets style. 1 = Counter32: 1495616893

Does anyone have an idea to help me? Thank you in advance

Sorry if I'm wrong - Do you try to get SNMP respond from Windows server?
In that case - Did you configured SNMP daemon on WIndows server correctly?

And one more question - why you don't use Zabbix Agent's monitoring power? Why do you need SNMP for traffic control when you can use zabbix agent key - net.if.in / net.if.out ?
    Sincerely yours,
    Aleksey
