items doesn't return value "Timeout while executing a shell script"

hi, I created a template that monitors my Database items and another template that monitors my OS items.all of OS items works perfectly and none of them return error "Timeout while executing a shell script".
my Database items works fine but sometimes in a period of time some of items get "Timeout while executing a shell script" error and get no values. i can't increase the Timeout value in zabbix configuration. i'm looking for a way that if one of the items in zabbix get error i get noticed.
is there anyway to do such a thing? can i create a overall trigger that fire when one of items is not valid? i cant add nodata functionin my triggers.

Please try use action "Report not supported items" which selected Internal as Event source.
