is it posibble to run Zabbix server on linux box and agent on hp-ux 11.11 ? zabbix version 1.1

yes, but..

you will probably need the native HPUX C complier to compile the agent. I have the agent running on AIX 5.2 & 5.3, HPUX 10 & 11, Solaris 9 & 10, with the server running RHEL. The GNU gcc works fine for solaris, but I had issues with either hpux or aix (don't remember which) that required me to get the native compliler, then everything was fine.

ALSO, checks that are dependant on the /proc filesystem will not work on systems that do not have that support. (network statistics being the most noticeable).

Go to ZABBIX Download section. Pre-compiled ZABBIX agent for 11.11 64bit HP-UX is already there.
