Monitor a specifed process, like windows WerFault.exe

I'm a zabbix newbie.
I will check the Windows Werfault.exe. If this process is running, zabbix must send an Email.

I've included process monitoring in the above including windows perf counters for processes as this is needed in my particular instance.

If there's more demand other than this on time, i'll get around to forking the project with the updated code.
