I have a application I'm trying to find a solution for. Think monitoring a bunch of machines that monitor the environment temp, humidity, ambient sound level etc..
I need a monitoring app that can listen for data from a client and log it for reports and with certain data trigger actions
The client is not capable of running the Zabbix agent but it can open a tcp port and send data.
Is this something you guys think Zabbix can handle - it seems like a good fit from what i can tell but i'm wondering what the communities thoughts are, any insight would be very much appreciated.
