Dashboard "system status" in Zabbix 4.0

Hi,
I 've just installed Zabbix 4.0 and i don't have the dashboard i usually use in previous version. Can I have the "system status" dashboard in the 4.0 version ( as you see in the capture image w ) I don't see it in the widget . Thank you

I think it's "System Information" now

uhm, no its not the same. Look at my capture for " system information " .

ok, i found it. it's the problem severity widget. But there is no more "green" color . When monitoring is ok , it's all blank.

Is there a way to get the old "system status" widget? Or is there a third-party widget to display something similar?
