SMS alert on Zabbix 4.04 Virtual Machine

I'am using Zabbix 4.04 and i would like to configure SMS alert. My Zabbix server is a Proxmox VM ( so i can't plug a usb modem on it ).

In your opinion, what are the best solutions to do that ?
