Hello there!
Below are the 2 setups for your quick reference.
a) Local server and a proxy. zabbix 4.0
b) Server and proxy connected via VPN zabbix 4.0
Pros:-
- Able to discover all the devices through the first setup.
- The heartbeat from proxy to server works fine in 2nd setup
Cons:-
- Unable to discover any devices using 2nd setup.
- As seen in the attached image of proxy status shows "No data is send to the server."
P.S Im able to ping the server from the proxy and have added ufw rules for the tcp ports.
If anyone has faced similar issues please do share your suggestions to debug this discovery error.
