Hello!
I have an action configured that sends an e-mail on events without acknowledge for 30minutes.
The problem is that when i have an event that as a trigger dependency, when the event of HIGH goes to OK state, the dependent WARNING event sends the action e-mail.
I understand that when we have dependencies, even though we don't see the alarm it fires anyway, but when the event is going to OK state i don't wan't to receive the action notifications.
Is there anyway to get around this?
Can I ACK all related events, and not only the one that is visible?
