How to Check if the error has XX minutes of age.

HI, i am new to zabbix and i want to check if the error has an age of 3 or more minutes untill zabbix alerts me sending an email.
It is the same if i could check if the last 3 errors are not 0 untill zabbix alerts me sending an email.

Example
you have status value: 1(Up), 0(Down).

You want to send notification when status was down for last 3 minutes(180 seconds)

Use function value.max(180)=0. It means that maximum value within this time(3 minutes) was 0.

I also want to add that this functions impacts you performance. max(86400) is more worse than max(30).
