    Recovery expression to close, X hours after Problem created

    So I have data that comes in to Zabbix every morning at 9am, which triggers a problem, but my team don't always get to deal with it.
    I wanted to have a Recovery expression which would close the problem 5 hours after it was created.
    I thought the following would work, as its just checking if there has been no new data for 5 hours, but it isn't, does anyone know why?

    Code:
    {TestServ:SiteProbName.nodata(5h)}=1

        Thanks!
        Do you hava a example for me for the recovery expression?

        The expression is:

        {CTX-SRV-0001:system.run[powershell -File C:\sys_batch\zabbix\Citrix-Licensing\get_licensing_info.ps1].last()}<=2

          Hello splitek,

          thanks, but I want that the problems close himself automatically after four hours.

          Because in the titel there is a count of the free citrix licenses.

          <X> citrix licenses free

          The item is refreshed every four hours. So i want that the actual problem is closed after 3 hours and 59 Minutes (recovery expression?) or if the items is refreshed.
          Is this possible and how?

          Regards and thanks!
