Adding Templates to Discovered Server Host

Hi All,

How do I go about adding templates and groups to discovered hosts?

The hosts have been discovered by me manually installing the agent and then discovering on the IP range of the server if that makes any difference.

To add, incase it matters, I have also seen that the discovered host does not appear in my configuration/hosts list, only in the discovery section.
