Error: php72u-common conflicts with php-common during Zabbix 4.0 Installation

Trying to install 4.0 on Centos 7, getting the Error: php72u-common conflicts with php-common-5.4.16-46.el7.x86_64. Any pointers. Thx.

- yum list installed | grep php (returns nothing)
- yum replace php-common --replace-with php72u-common (says Error: Package 'php-common' is not installed.)

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

It seems that there is a problem with package dependencies.
Temporarily disable the use of the ius repository and try installing.
