Mapping an icon to several triggers

Here I come again, asking for some help !
On a map, I'm aware we can change an icon image depending on a trigger value.
Is there any way mapping the icon to several triggers?

For example, if my CPU load is <10%, i want the image to be green, if it's between 10 and 25% I want it to be orange, etc.

I hope you remember that trigger can be connected only to Link, not to Host.
Right?

Host can have two states - OK and/or PROBLEM.

I was just using CPU as an example. The actual data i'm monitoring is a link throughput between two devices.
I created 5 triggers depending on the percentage of the ratio current_throughput/max_throughput
