How to export Templates

Hello,

I have added several custom templates, value mappings and didn't much modified the originals but linked them to customized ones in our environment. I don't want know to backup/restore such settings, I really don't want to go inside tables in mysqldump, is there a way to take an export of this settings? What would you suggest? If I upgrade to a newer version, will these settings be compatible/kept this way?

Zabbix version: 4.0.2

Thanks brunohl (that requires pretty much manual work, i was asking for a better solution) and kloczek (i need to workout the Zabbix API SHell first, but thanks for the solution it is what I was looking for)

I still have value mappings and macros which I also need to take with other exports; since they are not included in templates.
