Hi.
I created a service structure like this:
root
Prod (Problem, if at least one child has a problem)
Windows (Problem, if at least one child has a problem)
Servers - Agents (Problem, if at least one child has a problem)
Server 1 Zabbix agent uptime (Problem, if at least one child has a problem)
Server 2 Zabbix agent uptime (Problem, if at least one child has a problem)
etc (Problem, if at least one child has a problem)
etc (Problem, if at least one child has a problem)
The problem is that the Servers - Agents level are ALWAYS at 100%, but all Server X shows the SLA on the trigger connected to it and the Windows level shows the combined SLA from all Agent triggers.
Have anyone seen this issue?
