Zabbix Database Schema Definitions

I was wondering where I may find the schema table field definitions? I have found the Docs/DB schema/4.0 web site at zabbix.org web site. I have some questions as to what the fields mean. I am looking for a way to link the host name over to the events and alerts for some reports.

example what is the object and objected in the events table.

You should take a look at https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...t/object#event where it is explained which field does what. The objectid reference depends on what the object field says.
