Zabbix 4.0.5 Actions have a -17 sec in them

Hi

After upgrading my Zabbix from 3.2.11 to 4.0.5, the actions still work by triggering but then immediately logs the recovery message and then has a -17 sec if I look in the problems tab as seen below., I have already looked at the time on all of my servers and they are all correct using a NTP server running on my frontend server.

Just as an update to this, today it has increased to a -28sec difference between error and resolved status that the resolve is before the problem
