Zabbix 3.4.15 Mail Alert Not Working

    Hey folks,

we have a little Problem here. We setup zabbix 3.4 on centos 7 (with php and mariadb) - then we importet all the date from our old zabbix (it was completetly full and the database had some errors)

So as far like this everythings is okay and the monitoring works just fine. But our Email Alert doesnt work. On the Host we activated postfix and we tested it...it sends mails (they land in junkmail but thats another problem)
Zabbix doesnt send any triggers out...any idea why thats so?

Its quite important, and i dont find any working solutions in google.

    Thanks a lot guys

Here some Screenshots from the setup:

It is difficult to give definitive answer to this. I can offer just some random thoughts and things to check.

When you say "Zabbix doesn't send any triggers out", do you mean that nothing appears in Postfix logs when Zabbix should send the e-mail? Or maybe Postfix somehow mishandles the mails that Zabbix tries to send?

I assume there are some users in group "Zabbix administrators" and they have e-mail addresses defined under their Media settings, their e-mail is not disabled and is set to receive mails for severity that mathces the triggers that are happening and for the time period when triggers are happening?

      Hey Toomas,

the problem is not within postfix - we tested it and it send a testmail via an extern script.
The mail lands in the mailq and then after some time in my email income....but only mails i send over an contact form i intigrated on the host to test postfix.

The Problem has to be somewhere in the Zabbix configuration.

You're right, the users (Zabbix Superadmins) are setup with the individual Emails (thats why i didnt made any screens...gdpr and stuff )
The media is enabled, and reachable 24/7 (for all kind of trigger severity)

We also tried another SMTP Server - didnt work as well.
