[Zabbix agent]Transcoding problem in windows server 2012 r2

Hello Sirs,

When I am in the windows server query user, the zabbix server shows garbled characters.
I found that it may be a coding problem
How to converter code from Big5 to utf-8 through zabbix agent (In windows server 2012 r2 Traditional Chinese version [query user] commandline unsupport utf-8 default )

zabbix server version (centos 6.7):v2.4.8
zabbix agent version(windows server 2012 r2 Traditional Chinese version):zabbix agent version 2.4.8

1. Windows server 2012 r2 to install the agent, and has been successfully monitored by zabbix server
2. I refer to the following website to set up ITEMS(https://www.zabbix.com/forum/zabbix-...windows-server)
Modify windows server 2012 r2 agent.conf------>EnableRemoteCommands=1
3. Create new items
item type - Zabbix Agent
item key - system.run[query user]
item type - Text
4. When i overview hosts following garbled and into items





5. Mysql character is set as follows:

If the character set of the execution result of "query user" is not UTF-8, try outputting it to a file once, specifying the character set and loading that file.

ex. item key:
vfs.file.contents[file,<encoding>]
