How can i monitor raid and used disk space on Synology using SNMP?

Hello everyone,
i have a zabbix server running, and among other stuff i have, i would like to monitor some NAS'.

they're Synology DS 1815+, DS410 and DS411,
and i would like to monitor at least the used disk space and raids in there

but i'm used to doing this with a zabbix agent, except that it seems i can't use one on these NAS', so i'll have to do it using smtp
but how can i do it? i've tried some templates online but these ones didn't have any items for used disk space
