Escalation matrix not working as expected.

Hello Team,

We are using Zabbix4.0. Yesterday we have setup escalation matrix for one hostgroup we have setup 5 minute duration for next mail notification but we receive only single mail notification. Attached is my configuration for same:

Can you please help me whats wrong with it.

Hello,

I have a similar scenario and it works. I guess that is because your first action has "Default" duration where it should have the duration to activate the second. Please follow the following:

Thank you for your response.

My escalation matrix was fine but i had made mistake i.e i forgot to attach the hostgroup with that usergroup so notification was not sent to user for that host. Now i have added that hostgroup in usergroup and my escalation matrix is working fine.

I have this scenario

• One Action to send notifications to users if one specific trigger started
• Operations configured to send 4 Telegram notifications each 30 minutes if Not Ack for 2 hours

It happens that only the first notification is sent

Someone can help me? Is anything wrong in this configuration
