Hello everyone,
I have configured a Dell EMC storage device in Zabbix. It doesn't support SNMP Polling at all, only Traps so I went through guidelines that I found online and seems like it's working ok. The only problem I have currently is that this device reports as unreachable and I can't find any setting to change that. For example nagstamon reports it as a disaster with message "Host agents in unknown state".
The only thing I configured was SNMP Interface and created templates for traps. There are no agent interfaces in host configuration, There are no triggers. There are no inherited templates. Is there a specific setting or flag that I'm missing here? How can i turn off agent connections checks in this case?
Traps are a bit complicated but Zabbix is catching them and shows me the info so I'm absolutely fine with the way it works and obviously I'm aware I don't have any server to client connections here. I just wish I could somehow get rid of that "Unreachable" message constantly showing in nagstamon.
Any help would be appreciated.
