Does anyone know what the best way to view servers that are either have monitoring disabled or are placed in maintenance mode? Would this be through a report or a dashboard?

If anyone has any thoughts I'd appreciate it.

Hello and welcome!

You can see the host status in Configuration -> Hosts "Status" column. You can sort it as well but it sorts only by status "Enabled/Disabled" .

However if you have access to Zabbix database and are familiar with SQL then you can run the following query:

SELECT host FROM hosts WHERE status=0 AND maintenance_status=0;

where
status=0 - host enabled (monitored)
status=1 - host disabled (not monitored)
maintenance_status=0 - the host in a normal processing mode
maintenance_status=1 - the host in a maintenance mode

oh great -thanks for the information. Any thoughts on how to get this information via the api?
