    Trigger Problem

i have zabbix version 2.0 on dashboard i have problem of apache availability since 15 days . i stopped apache for the server the trigger is fire and after i got the acknowledge but for the first alert(since 15 days ) still always on the dashbord and in the events list with status PROBLEM ,so i think that i must drop the event from the database but its not easy to find the appropriate id of event (there is a lot of events when i check from database )

Do I understand correctly, that the problem is still persist, you just hit "Acknowledge" button, right?

If you don't like the event - you can disable that trigger and Item which control the availability of apache.

If I'm understand you wrong, please, tell about a problem a little bit more.
    Sincerely yours,
    Aleksey

        "Acknowledgement" not fixing your problem
It will be here until the problem will be resolved (ex. apache service started back)

If you like to find event in DB - take a look on "Original Event ID" and use it to find the event in database.

But it's short wrong way to solve your "Aesthetics issue"
        Sincerely yours,
        Aleksey
