Zabbix Emails not being sent

Hello,

I'm not sure what I configured wrong, but Zabbix Emails aren't being sent to our inboxes.

Zabbix Version: 4.0.6
OS: CentOS 7
Template used for agents: Template OS Linux

Enabled and configured the email media type as well with no luck.

Any idea what's to be done?
