Hosts not getting data through snmp - zabbix_proxy

We are using Zabbix 4.2 server with a proxy to discover devices using SNMP.
By using actions we have linked SNMP templates to the discovered devices and added SNMP community macro.
The SNMP icon doesn't turn red or green and there is no log generated .
Have anyone faced this issue , kindly share your suggestions.
