Create a trigger only for when multiple items have failed in a host

Hello, thanks for any help in advance. I have a host, called Building_1_Access_Points. Inside that host I have about 100 items, each of these items is an SNMP object that queries my wireless controller to check if that Access Points for Building_1 is online. What I would like to do is build a trigger if any 10 of those 100 AP's in that building/host report down for more than 30 minutes.

Is something like this possible? A trigger for one AP being down for 30 minutes I have no problem with, but not sure how to go about it with multiples.

Maybe with a calculated item I guess.
