I'm having the following setup:
Zabbix 4.0
Trigger 1) condition to send email and sms during daytime
Trigger 2) condition to send email during nighttime
If that issue starts at night I won't recieve any SMS later, it will just stick with sending emails.
Unfortunately using different users where the SMS "active" time is configured differently isn't an option since we would need a lot of different users to get all cases and thus the operations team would need to change a lot of contacts every time another member is on oncall duty.
Also configuring the item to only run during day isn't an option too since we want to use "Zabbix Agent (active)" checks to keep the proxy load low.
Is there a way to get zabbix to only send SMS during daytime even if the alert started at night?
