Is there being notified of the creation, or removal, of hosts and items?

I am an administrator, I would like every inclusion or removal (or deactivation) of hosts or items to be notified. It is possible?

I don't know if there is a way for manual additions or removals (I don't think there is), but if they are added via the Auto-Registration method, you can add a step that sends a notification for each addition.
